The Rocket internet plans above include 3 new email addresses4, the Rogers Online Protection anti-virus security suite, as well as online tools to help you monitor your plan usage. Your email registration key is printed on your Rogers Wireless Service Agreement.


The Government Regulatory Recovery Fee ranges from $1.96-$3.45/line/month (varies by province and plan selected). It is applied to help fund fees, costs and other amounts related to federal, provincial and/or municipal mandates, programs and requirements. It is not a tax or charge the government requires Rogers to collect and is subject to change. See www.rogers.com/regulatoryfeefor details. A one time Activation Fee of up to $35 (varies by province) also applies. Where applicable, additional airtime, data, long distance, roaming, options and taxes are extra and billed monthly. The following applies to all Rogers wireless plans: An Early Cancellation Fee (ECF) applies if, for any reason, your service is terminated prior to the end of the term of your Service Agreement (Service Agreement Term). The ECF is the greater of (i) $100 or (ii) $20 per month remaining in the Service Agreement Term, to a maximum of $400 (plus applicable taxes), and applies to each line in the plan that is terminated. If you have subscribed to your Price Plan before February 1, 2007 and you continue or renew on the same Price Plan on a 1-, 2- or 3-year term, the ECF will be equal to $20 times the number of months remaining in the term, to a maximum of $200 (plus applicable taxes). A Data Early Cancellation Fee (DECF) also applies if, for any reason, your wireless data service is terminated prior to the end of your plan’s commitment term (Data Term). The DECF is the greater of (i) $25 or (ii) $5 per month remaining in the Data Term, to a maximum of $100 (plus applicable taxes), and applies in addition to the ECF for termination of your Service Agreement. If you subscribe to a plan combining both voice and data services, both the ECF and DECF apply.

The monthly service fee is not pro-rated. The minimum chargeable amount in the U.S. is $0.01. Minimum usage is rounded up to 6 kB in order to have the minimum charge of $0.01 appear on the invoice. Further rounding is to the next higher multiple of 1 kB.
